Research and source policy

Our evidence trail and content-cleaning rules.

Source hierarchy

Official patch announcements and developer replies are used for current rules and changes. Public community guides supply additional clues, but are labeled when their solution has not been independently reproduced. Video titles and links are checked without inventing timestamps or claiming to have watched footage that was not reviewed.

Useful synthesis, not copied walkthroughs

Source pages are treated as evidence, not as text to republish. The guides add original diagnostic questions, state comparisons, conditional reasoning exercises and links to related mechanisms. Long copied passages, player screenshots and complete symbol charts are not republished.

Unanswered forum questions identify a gap; they are not evidence for a solution. Demo information is dated and is not silently applied to the retail game.

Refresh and localization

Research was checked on September 8, 2026. The known September 4 patch is accounted for in version-sensitive guides. A language edition keeps the same evidence and caveats as the English source. A proper name is preserved when translating it would make the puzzle harder to find.
